1. Scope of Services

Plant Lane Farm LLC agrees to provide the following landscape consultation services:

​

• List of services to be provided.

  • On-site assessment of the client's property, including analysis of soil conditions, sunlight exposure, drainage, and existing vegetation.

  • Discussion of the client's landscape goals, aesthetic preferences, budget, and maintenance requirements.

  • Development of conceptual design ideas, including sketches and/or digital renderings (if applicable).

  • Recommendations for plant selection, hardscaping materials, and sustainable landscaping practices.

  • Provision of a written report summarizing the consultation findings and recommendations.

  • The on-site consultation will be approximately:​

• Deliverables:

  • List of specific deliverables.

    • Email consultation report. 

    • Hand-drawn sketches or digital renderings of design concepts. (if applicable)

    • Plant list with recommended species.

    • Budgetary guidelines or cost estimates (if applicable).

2. Fees and Payment

​

• Consultation Fee: 

  • Basic Consultation Price Range: $100

  • Standard Consultation Price Range: $250 

  • Premium Consultation Price Ranger: $450 

• Payment Due:

• Payment Methods: Plant Lane Farm LLC accepts the following payment methods:

  • Automated Billing, Credit Card, Paypal

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations made by the Client more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior will incur a 10% fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior will incur a 20% fee.

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice. Plant Lane Farm LLC reserves the right to reschedule the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

​

The Client agrees to:

​

• Provide Plant Lane Farm LLC with access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Share all relevant information about their goals, budget, preferences, and any existing site conditions or restrictions.

• Notify Plant Lane Farm LLC of any known hazards or potential safety concerns on the property.

5. Limitation of Liability

​

Plant Lane Farm LLC is not responsible for:

​

• The implementation of any landscape design recommendations by the Client or third-party contractors.

• Unforeseen issues arising from site conditions that were not disclosed by the Client or reasonably apparent during the consultation.

• Changes in site conditions or plant health after the consultation is completed.

6. Signatures

By signing this form and clicking the approval checkbox, both parties agree to the terms of this agreement.

• This agreement is for a landscape consultation only and does not include landscape installation or other services.

• Any changes or additions to the scope of services outlined in this agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
