1. Scope of Services:

1.1 Plant Lane Farm ("the Company") will provide landscape maintenance services at the Client's property.

1.2 Covered Services: This contract includes:

• Trimming and pruning of small trees and shrubs.

• Weed control in garden beds.

• General cleanup of debris, deadheading, and seasonal cutbacks.

1.3 Time Limit: The maximum time spent on the property each month under this contract is two (2) hours. (This time limit is based on a typical residential property and the scope of tasks outlined. The specific time allocation may be adjusted based on the size and complexity of the Client's landscape, and this will be agreed upon in advance.)

2. Exclusions:

​

2.1 Excluded Services: Mowing, mulching, and lawn care are not included in this contract and will be billed separately.

​

2.2 Additional Services: Any additional services requested by the Client that are outside the scope of this contract will be subject to additional charges.

3. Term and Termination:

3.1 Contract Term: This contract begins on Clients preferred start date and continues for one (1) year, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

​

3.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this contract with thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party before the desired termination date.

​

4. Payment:

​

4.1 Yearly Fee: The Client will pay the Company an annual subscription fee of $1200 if paid in full or $125 monthly for the services outlined in this contract.

​

4.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due to the Company within five (5) days of receiving an invoice.

​

5. Liability:

​

5.1 Insurance: The Company maintains liability insurance to cover damages caused by its employees or equipment during service provision.

​

5.2 Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's property or the services provided under this contract.
