1. Consultation Details:

Service: A quick phone or video call consultation (up to 30 minutes) to address the Client's garden concerns or queries, provide tips and advice, and offer general landscaping guidance.

Inclusions:

•    Up to 30-minute phone or video call.

•    Answers to specific garden questions.

•    General landscaping tips and advice.

•    One follow-up call (up to 15 minutes).

​

Exclusions: This consultation does not include on-site visits, detailed design plans, digital renderings, written reports, plant lists, hardscaping recommendations, or any other services not explicitly listed above.

2. Fee:
The fee for this consultation is $50 USD

​

3. Scheduling:
The consultation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time and date.

4. Cancellation/Rescheduling:
   ▪️Cancellations made by the Client more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior will incur a 10% fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior will incur a 20% fee.
   ▪️Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice. Plant Lane Farm LLC reserves the right to reschedule the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances.

By proceeding with the consultation, entering your Signature, checking the box on the Booking Form, and making payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
