This recent landscaping project focused on transforming a plain backyard border into a natural, inviting, and family-friendly space. The goal was to create a softer, more dynamic view while keeping a sense of privacy and openness.
Before: A Flat Green Hedge
The existing hedge provided privacy but lacked variety and interest. With a straight edge of shrubs and lawn running right up to the border, the space felt closed off and underutilized.

After: A Natural, Layered Look
A Layered Garden for Privacy and Play. The result is a more welcoming, cohesive landscape that blends seamlessly with the wooded surroundings. The fresh mulch and improved plant structure not only enhance the aesthetics but also support healthier soil and plant growth.

Designed for Everyday Enjoyment
This garden bed brings beauty, balance, and functionality to the backyard. Whether it’s relaxing, playing, or simply enjoying the view, this new landscape makes everyday moments feel a little more special.
