Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by the Client more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior will incur a 10% fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior will incur a 20% fee. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice. Plant Lane Farm LLC reserves the right to reschedule the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances.
